Yagna Dhruva ’26: Impel a New Legacy

Yagna Dhruva (YD) is the annual national-level inter-collegiate techno-cultural fest of LBS Institute of Technology for Women, Trivandrum. Since its inception in 2009, YD has grown into a vibrant celebration of technology, culture, creativity, and youthful energy.

The name itself captures the essence of the fest. “Yagna” represents technology, inspiring innovation, problem-solving, and the spirit of creation, while “Dhruva” represents culture, bringing together music, dance, art, performance, and diverse forms of expression.

As Yagna Dhruva celebrates its 17th year in 2026, it continues a legacy built on talent, innovation, and unforgettable experiences. From exciting technical challenges to electrifying cultural performances, YD provides students with a platform to compete, collaborate, express themselves, and create lasting memories.

But YD is more than just a fest. Every edition strives to promote social awareness and community spirit, reminding us that true celebration goes beyond entertainment—it is also about making a difference.

Seventeen years of legacy. One new chapter.

The stage is set, the energy is rising, and the Queen of All Fests is ready to return.
