- Integration of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) principles in student projects, competitions, and technical exhibitions.
- Programs such as the Young Innovators Program, Innovation Challenges, and various competitions that bridge STEM with humanities.

As an affiliated institution of APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU), Kerala, we follow the University curriculum which includes non-credit courses focusing on:

Academic Bank of Credits (ABC)
The Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) is a  digital platform for secure storage, transfer, and redemption of academic credits, supported by the Ministry of Education (MoE) and regulated by the University Grants Commission (UGC), to allow students to digitally store, accumulate, and transfer academic credits earned from different Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) is involved in this ecosystem, and its institutions, along with other HEIs, can offer their courses through the ABC platform, allowing for flexible learning and multiple entry/exit options for students. LBSITW is prepared to integrate with the Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) system as envisioned by NEP.

- Students are encouraged to enrol in credit-awarding SWAYAM and NPTEL courses aligned with academic programs.

- All our faculty has an APAAR ID.
