This is the second International Conference organized by the Department of Civil Engineering of LBS Institute of Technology for Women. The conference is being organized with the technical support of Indian Geotechnical Society – Thiruvananthapuram Chapter, National Transportation Planning and Research Centre (NATPAC) and the Technical Committee TC 202 of the International Society for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering (ISSMGE). The conference is being held with the financial help from TEQIP Four Funds. The aim of the conference is to provide a platform for Academicians, Research scholars, Practicing Engineers and Students, working in the area of Geotechnical Engineering and Transportation Engineering to interact and share their experience and knowledge. This conference provides an opportunity for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find partners for future collaboration.
