CSE Facilities

The programming lab is well equipped with 88 desktop PCs with up-to-date software to cater the programming requirements of the students. Linux and Windows Operating systems are installed in the systems. The lab is used by UG students for C, C++ Programming, Compiler design and System Programming. The lab also has a LCD projector with motorized screen and multimedia speakers to facilitate demonstrations. Dot matrix, Laser, Inkjet printers and scanners are available to meet the reprographic need of staff and students. The fully laboratory has a 20KVA UPS backup.

The lab houses 35 well equipped machines with up-to-date softwares to suit the various programming requirements of the students. Network programming practical courses are conducted in the lab.  Database lab sessions are also handled here.

The lab includes adequate number of dot matrix printers and ink jet printers to cater to the printing needs of the students with regard to lab records. An image scanner is also available. Computers are assigned to students in 1:1 ratio

The Hardware Lab is equipped with enough number of 8086 microprocessor kits, 8051 microcontroller kits and interfacing cards for experimenting various interfaces. Assembly Language Programming can be well experienced with both kit programming as well as MASM programming in computers. This lab gives an insight towards low level programming and  the organization of hardware in computers.

The lab has 55 well equipped Lenovo and Dell machines with up-to-date software to suit the various programming requirements of the students. Linux and Windows Operating systems are installed in the systems. Practical sessions on programming and data structures are conducted here. Laser and ink jet printers are used to carry out the printing needs of the students. One 20KV and 10 KV UPS back up shared by both computing and multimedia labs.Computers are assigned to students in 1:1 ratio

The lab has of 45 latest version of Dell machines with up-to-date software, 3 Graphics work stations and Windows server. Lab sessions of Web developments and application and Language lab are conducted in this lab. Software and required accessories for Language lab is installed in here.

The lab includes Laser and ink jet printers to carry out the printing needs of the students. Computers are assigned to students in 1:1 ratio

This lab has 14 number of Cisco Routers and 8 number of Switches, Wireless Routers, Network connectivity tester and Windows/Linux based Desktop systems. These devices are capable of configuring wired as well as wireless networks, testing network connectivity, communicating different networks using different routing protocols, enabling access control mechanisms and creating Virtual LANs etc.

The Laboratory is equipped with 23 high end Dell Machine with the  sufficient accessories exclusive for the M.Tech students for their Project works. The faculty of the Department also uses the facility for department works and academic group activities.
