Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering started in the year 2001, offers B.Tech in Electronics and Communication & Engineering (ECE) and Applied Electronics and Instrumentation (AEI) since 2001 and M.Tech in Signal Processing from 2012 onwards. Instruction Process is sys­tematic, well planned & unin­terrupted in all respect. Our students have steady and consistent performance in university exams & secured several ranks in the University.

Program Educational Objectives (PEOs)

PEO1: Pursue a successful career in the field of Applied Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering utilizing his/her education and contribute to the profession as an excellent employee, or as an entrepreneur.

PEO2: Demonstrate professional leadership and skills to work in multidisciplinary teams, with good communication abilities and ethical values.

Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs)

A graduate of the Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Program will demonstrate:

PSO1: Applying concepts of Applied Electronics and Instrumentation to design, develop and implement instrumentation systems in the areas viz. Analog and Digital Electronics, Control & Automations, Biomedical Instrumentation, Signal processing and micro & nano electronics.

PSO2: Acquired technical knowledge for successful career and achieve proficiency in competitive examinations at the National and International levels.

PSO3: Technical competence to cater the societal needs in medical and Industrial Instrumentation.
